Agreement of Terms

While using this Application you agree to following Ten Eight Studios LLC (Ten Eight Studios, we, us, our) rules. You understand that if you do not agree with these rules, you must stop using the application. We acknowledge that we may change the rules at any time, but we'll let you know if we do however it is your responsibility to check for updates. We are based in the state of Connecticut inside of the United States of America and you are required to follow the rules of where you are from. Our application is not set up to follow certain laws so if you need to follow those laws, this might not be the right place for you.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, our application uses proprietary property so all of the source code, designs, artwork within the application, and posted on our website (collectively the 'Content') are owned, licensed or controlled by use. Please don't steal our stuff… we're nice people - just ask us how we did something or who did the artwork and we will refer you accordingly.

Your Responsiblity

Yes, you take responsibility when using this application. You're taking responsibility when using it that you're old enough to follow these rules, you're a human being and not one of those scary AI robots that are going to take over the world… (I'm looking at you Optimus), you're not going to do anything illegal with the application, and you're not breaking any laws.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to the specific privacy policy for this application for specifics however, in laymens terms - we agree we're not going to collect any data you're not aware we're collecting, and we also agree that we're not going to sell the data you allow use to collect. If there is some sort of data breach we're made aware of - we or the maintainers of that data will contact you in a manner appropriate.

Third Party Frameworks

Our application uses third-party frameworks such as TelemetryDeck. TelemetryDeck is used for privacy focused, anonymized analytics to better this application. The third-party frameworks respective privacy policies can be found on the Settings -> Analytics page. Alternatively, you can opt out of the use of the analytics there as well.

Prohibited Use of the Application

You can use our app for personal use, but not for commercial purposes unless explicitly granted written permission. By using the app, you agree to follow the rules we've laid out. These rules include things like not hacking the app or using it in ways we didn't intend - such as the following:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory without written permission from us.
• Circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Application and/or the Content contained therein.
• •Disparage, tarnish or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Application.
• Use any information obtained from the Application in order to harass, abuse or harm another person.
• Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
• Use the Application in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
• Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Application.
• Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Application to you.
• Copy or adapt the Application's software, including but not limited to Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, or Objective C.
• Except as permitted by applicable law, decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Application.
• Use the Site as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Application and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.
